High added value services in stakeholder relations
At the heart of stakeholder relations is the need for an organization to keep investors, shareholders, employees, business partners, and society supplied with accurate information about itself. In addition to just making good business and public relations sense, complying with the regulatory requirements (CMB, BRSA, Sarbanes Oxley, NYSE, LSE, etc) governing the provision of timely and transparent corporate information is especially important for publicly traded companies. Making accurate information available at the right time and in an easily accessible and understandable way has become a major concern for everyone involved in stakeholder relations today.
Keeping a close watch on the latest developments in the legal framework governing corporate reporting and stakeholder relations in Turkey, Tayburn Kurumsal makes sure that its corporate communication products and services are in full compliance with current regulatory requirements. Tayburn Kurumsal draws on 30 years of international experience in order to produce and deliver the stakeholder relations products and services that its clients need.
Sustainability reporting
Sustainability reporting is a form of corporate reporting that has become increasingly more widespread since the 1990s in parallel with a growing awareness that economic development and sustainability are the outcomes of the activities of economic actors. Mainly environment-focused at the outset, sustainability reporting has since become more comprehensive, touching upon all of the ways in which an organization’s actions have an impact on particular interest groups within society and on society at large.
Although sustainability reporting is still voluntary, it is gaining increasingly greater worldwide recognition and acceptance due in part to the efforts of independent platforms such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Sustainability reports based on GRI’s guidelines and reporting framework serve as valuable references that allow the contributions which an organization makes to sustainable development to be quantified. At the same time, they also provide a way to see the progress that an organization is making in the direction of social sustainability over time and to compare different organizations with one another in terms of their performance on specific GRI guideline issues.
Tayburn Kurumsal is an organizational stakeholder in GRI.
As an Organizational Stakeholder of the Global Reporting Initiative, we support GRI’s mission of developing sustainability reporting principles that are formulated through a consensus-seeking process with participants drawn globally from business, civil society, labor, and professional institutions.

Tayburn Kurumsal supports the Global Compact.
Tayburn Kurumsal formally informed the United Nations of its intention to abide by the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact on 29 July 2009. The declaration was officially acknowledged a few days later on August 3rd. In addition to complying with these principles in the conduct of its activities, Tayburn Kurumsal also serves clients in the preparation of their own Communication on Progress (COP) statements, thereby adding a new dimension to its extensive experience in the area of corporate and institutional reporting.
Increased interest in electronic products
Electronic products (web-based and other electronic format solutions) are in ever-increasing demand because of their speed, practicality, and economic effectiveness. Over the last decade, the number of clients demanding web-based annual reports and electronic format annual reports has grown significantly. Tayburn Kurumsal produced the very first web-based annual report published in Turkey five years ago for GarantiBank. Since then we have continued to author products designed to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of client-target audience communication.
